Ciambellone con il mascarpone รจ perfetto con una tazza di tè.
Il ciambellone con il mascarpone รจ un dolce semplice ma molto buono che si possano preparare per una colazione e la merenda di ogni giorno. Una ricetta molto facile, realizzata con pochi ingredienti, che si mantiene soffice per giorni. E' possibile pensare anche a varianti piรน saporite e golose aggiungendo le gocce di cioccolato o delle mandorle tritate, o quello che ci piace di piรน. Ciao xx Stefania

Ciambellone Soffice con il Mascarpone.
Ingredienti
250 di farina x dolci
250 di mascarpone
250 di zucchero
2 uova
3/4 di un bicchiere di latte
1 bustina di lievito
1 bustina di vanillina
Come si Prepara
Preriscaldare il forno a 180 gradi. Ungere con del burro uno stampo per torte.
Montate lo zucchero con le uova in un composto chiaro e spumoso, incorporate il mascarpone. Versate la farina, la vanillina e il latte tiepido, mescolate bene. Versate il composto nella tortiera ed infornate x 50 minuti a forno statico. Lasciate raffreddare e spolverate con zucchero a velo.
